Welcome
Welcome to the new school year. This is going to be a banner year for Bowie as we will be using the A/B block schedule for the first time. The new schedule will mean that more materal is covered each class session. This being the case, this site is here to help students and parents keep up with what's going on in the classroom. Please check back often for updates and news. For parents, it is vital for you to be signed up for ParentConnect in order to keep up with your student's grades on Gradespeed. If you haven't done so or are having trouble signing up, please contact the counselor's office to find out how. Here's to a great school year!
Week at a Glance
English IV Academics Week 7-
We will finish reading The Canterbury Tales Prologue and filling in the reading guide. Quiz over the Prologue on Thursday for B classes and Friday for A classes.
Creative Writing Week 7-
Creative Writing I-Suspense stories due. We will be writing 2 blank verse poems 10x20.
Creative Writing II-Chapter 2 of novel is due either Friday for B crew or Monday for A crew.
